12- Does the journal examine instances of academic and literary plagiarism?

Yes, this journal examines instances of plagiarism using the "Hamandjoo" system, affiliated with the Iranian Research Institute for Information Science and Technology (IranDoc). Accordingly, only articles with a similarity rate below 25% and those that comply with citation and ethical publishing standards will be accepted. Authors are required to use the "Hamandjoo" system through the IranDoc website to review the content of their articles prior to submission, to ensure accuracy and avoid consequences related to plagiarism. The report certificate must be uploaded along with the article file in the system.


13- How does the journal handle cases of research misconduct?

In this journal, should the editorial board identify any instance of misconduct or plagiarism in an article, the affected article will be promptly removed from the journal's system. The individuals responsible will face consequences in accordance with the established guidelines for research misconduct and publishing ethics. If deemed necessary, the implicated author will be reported to the appropriate research misconduct commission, such as the Ministry of Science or relevant academic institutions. Additionally, this journal will refrain from publishing any future submissions from the individuals involved in the misconduct, irrespective of their position in the authorship. This policy remains in effect even if co-authors assert they were unaware of the misconduct, as all co-authors are presumed to have thoroughly reviewed and approved the article prior to its submission.
