The house has always been the focus of researchers due to its functional nature, and some consider it the most important building built for humans. The house expresses the identity, values and cultural beliefs of a society and provides security, functional needs and expectations of the family; therefore, examining and pondering the evolution of house architecture can lead to a better understanding of the culture and architecture of the past. Due to the lack of sufficient studies on the traditional houses of Kermanshah, the semantic values, functional characteristics and cultural roots of these houses have not been addressed as it should be. If knowing them can help us in redefining an authentic, up-to-date architecture along the valuable architecture of the past. The aim of this research is to know the effects of local culture, modernization and western architecture on the form and structure of Qajar houses in Kermanshah. The current research is quantitative-qualitative and the research method is descriptive. The statistical population of the research; the study of 10 cases of Qajar houses in Kermanshah and the statistical community of experts also included 18 architectural experts and cultural heritage experts who were selected in a targeted manner and with theoretical saturation of 11 people. The tools of the current research are interviews and the use of Delphi questionnaires, and the method of analysis is thematic analysis and the fuzzy AHP method. The final theme network model consists of 14 basic themes, which are displayed in the form of 3 overarching themes. The results of the research show that the categories of native culture, modernization and western architecture in the formation of Qajar houses in Kermanshah, through various components, including; Taking advantage of the principles of Iranian architecture, French or European style, extroverted and staircase-oriented houses, French columns and capitals, clay tiles and Haftrang, decorative brickwork, prominent forehead imitating the West. have been effective.
